Meghan Trainor has openly shared her excitement about planning a breast augmentation, following her journey through motherhood and the challenges that come with it. During a recent episode of her podcast, “Workin’ On It,” she revealed that she truly can’t wait to undergo the procedure after breastfeeding her second son, Barry, alongside her husband, Daryl Sabara.
“I’m getting a boob job,” Trainor enthusiastically declared. She humorously described her experiences with her breasts fluctuating in size during her breastfeeding journey, remarking, “My mommy boobies were full of milk and now they’re empty… They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small.”
The pop star, known for her hit “All About That Bass,” explained how her experiences as a mother have fueled her desire for surgery. After giving birth to her first son Riley in 2021 and Barry in 2023, she candidly admitted that weight loss has left her feeling less than confident about her appearance, stating she now has “saggy sacks as boobs.”
Trainor talked about trying on outfits for her upcoming tour, which often presents a challenge because she needs to wear supportive bras that could disrupt her overall look. This, she explains, is a significant contributor to her decision to pursue breast augmentation.
With a touch of humor, she said she has been anticipating this surgery for years, saying, “I’ve always joked and said for years like, ‘I can’t wait till I can get a boob job!’ I have wanted this my whole life.” Her brother Ryan, who co-hosts the podcast, echoed her sentiments, noting that this desire isn’t new for her; she has been expressing it since her teenage years.
Meghan added a lighthearted comment about wanting breast aesthetics that are “not looking at the floor,” emphasizing that while she is looking for a lift, she is not aiming for an overly dramatic change. “It’s going to be huge for my confidence,” she said, while also mentioning that she’s considering just a lift, possibly with a small implant.
Daryl Sabara chimed in, referring to the surgery as a “luxury” in today’s world, highlighting how societal perceptions of cosmetic procedures have shifted over time. He noted how access to information about options has changed, making the process more straightforward compared to the past.
As they wrapped up the conversation, Meghan also mentioned her previous experience with Botox, jokingly referring to her current aesthetic endeavors. “I’m working on too much Botox and a boob job,” she laughed. “I’m so LA, dude. I can’t smile.”
