Lana Del Rey has reportedly made a thrifty choice for her wedding attire, having purchased her gown months in advance of her recent marriage to Jeremy Dufrene.
According to information sourced by TMZ, the artist behind “Summertime Sadness” selected a vintage dress from Vintage Market by Trashy Diva, located in New Orleans, back in May.
While the exact cost of the wedding dress remains unknown, it is suggested that Del Rey, whose real name is Elizabeth Woolridge Grant, likely spent no more than $400, aligning with the store’s usual pricing for wedding gowns.
Vintage Market showcases styles spanning from the 1920s to the early 2000s.
Del Rey walked down the aisle in a ceremony held at Airboat Tours by Arthur in Louisiana, surrounded by close family and friends. Eyewitness reports indicate that she was escorted by her father, Robert Grant, as she made her way to her husband.
The couple first sparked romance rumors in late August and would later make their relationship public earlier this month, even being seen together at model Karen Elson’s wedding in New York City.
A representative for the singer has yet to respond to requests from media outlets seeking confirmation or additional details.
In what has appeared to be a whirlwind romance, the new couple took the next step by acquiring a marriage license just days ahead of their intimate nuptials.
Before her recent engagement to Dufrene, Del Rey was linked to musician Evan Winiker earlier in 2023 and was rumored to have been engaged to Clayton Johnson in December 2020.
