Tom Sandoval has announced that he and Ariana Madix are finally prepared to sell their shared Los Angeles home, valued at $2 million. The decision follows a significant legal dispute stemming from their breakup. In a recent episode of his podcast “Everybody Loves Tom,” Sandoval shared, “The house is going on the market. [We are] selling the house, getting it ready.” He also confirmed that he is set to move in with his new girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson.
Their relationship became public in February, when the couple shared affectionate photos together outside Schwartz & Sandy’s, a bar co-owned by Sandoval. Sandoval, 42, is moving forward less than a year after his split from Madix, his ex-girlfriend and “Vanderpump Rules” co-star of nearly a decade. Their breakup occurred in March 2023 due to Sandoval’s scandalous affair with Raquel “Rachel” Leviss.
Despite the intense fallout from the affair, Sandoval and Madix initially continued to live in the same house, albeit in separate quarters. Madix, 39, has been actively seeking to sell their expansive property located in Village Valley, which the couple purchased together in 2019. Sandoval stated that he had previously offered to buy Madix’s share of the home, but she declined out of resentment over his infidelity. In a confessional during the latest season of “Pump Rules,” she expressed disdain: “The fact of the matter is, he broke the home. He f–ked all of this up. He doesn’t get to do that and then just keep it.”
The tension continued as Sandoval claimed Madix hadn’t contributed to household expenses for several months, putting a strain on his finances. As the fallout from his relationship with Leviss became public, Madix took legal action against Sandoval in January to expedite the home’s sale; however, Sandoval contested the motion, maintaining his claim to the property. Following their separation, Madix reportedly moved out in March and purchased a $1.6 million house in Hollywood Hills. She is now in a relationship with Daniel Wai, whom she started seeing shortly after the scandal erupted.
As Sandoval prepares for this new chapter with Robinson, it remains to be seen how the sale of the house will unfold and what further developments might arise from this highly publicized breakup.
