Marysol Patton, the star of “Real Housewives of Miami,” and Steve McNamara have officially said their vows in a legal marriage. According to a marriage certificate obtained by Page Six, the pair, who originally held a non-binding wedding ceremony in 2021, made it official at the Coral Gables Courthouse in Florida.
An insider confirmed the couple’s legal marriage to Page Six. The couple was photographed together in July 2023, just months before their legal ceremony. In April 2023, they were also spotted together, highlighting their ongoing relationship.
On social media, Marysol hinted at the special day by sharing moments leading up to their courthouse nuptials. She posted an Instagram Story featuring wedding bells and the classic tune “Wedding Bell Blues” by The 5th Dimension. The 57-year-old reality star also documented her preparations, showcasing herself being styled by a Glamsquad professional and wearing a lovely white floral headpiece.
In a cute touch, Marysol included a photo of her dog, who sported a pink bow tie, alongside a sticker of a wedding ring for added flair. However, representatives for the Bravo star were unavailable for immediate comment.
Marysol and Steve had previously exchanged vows in 2021 during a private traditional Mayan ceremony in Tulum, Mexico. At that time, it was reported that they had eloped for a personal celebration honoring Marysol’s late mother, Elsa Patton, who passed away in 2019. It was emphasized that the choice of ceremony was deeply rooted in her mother’s spiritual beliefs.
The couple, who began dating in 2021, never had a formal engagement before tying the knot the first time. Last July, they renewed their vows at Ardgowan Castle in Scotland, continuing to celebrate their relationship. Marysol had previously shared a sentiment about her mother’s prediction regarding her future marriages, saying, “My mom predicted I would get married again and again and again. So I am — to Steve!” She also noted that they were already planning for their next celebration, which she promised would be fabulous.
Before her relationship with McNamara, Marysol was married to Philippe Pautesta-Herder from 2010 to 2012.
