Kim Zolciak has made serious allegations against her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, claiming that he physically assaulted her during a domestic dispute in front of their children. According to a police report, obtained recently, the incident took place at their upscale Atlanta residence on November 27.
The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star recounted to the authorities that the confrontation began while she was perched on a ladder, attempting to take down curtains. She alleges that Biermann, 39, forcibly pulled her off the ladder and onto the ground, which resulted in her sustaining injuries. However, Zolciak, 46, reportedly declined to provide any evidence of the injuries to emergency personnel.
In stark contrast, Biermann told police that he was the victim, asserting that Zolciak struck him in the face during the altercation. With the couple’s children present at the scene, their accounts diverged from Zolciak’s narrative. One child informed the police that their mother fell from the ladder and landed on Biermann, adding that he had been the one to initiate removing the curtains, much to Zolciak’s discontent. According to reports, this child stated that Biermann encouraged them to tell the truth about what they witnessed.
Another child did not see the incident but heard the heated exchange from the basement and rushed upstairs to investigate. Despite the serious nature of the claims, law enforcement found no grounds for arrest and could not determine who was the primary aggressor in the situation.
Amid ongoing divorce proceedings, which have seen back-and-forth allegations since May 2023, the couple is also facing financial hardships. On the same day as the alleged incident, it was reported that Zolciak was actively moving out of their marital home, with moving trucks seen outside the property. The couple has struggled to offload their multimillion-dollar estate, which they had been trying to sell for $4.5 million to avoid foreclosure.
Biermann has previously attributed their financial troubles to what he claims is Zolciak’s gambling addiction, alleging that she spent $1.5 million online illegally during their marriage. The couple’s financial struggles have led to multiple legal disputes, including Zolciak facing lawsuits for unpaid credit card debt and Biermann encountering issues with missed car payments.
With the alleged altercation bringing further scrutiny to their troubled relationship, representatives for both parties have yet to comment on the recent developments. They share four children together, including sons KJ, 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11, as well as Biermann’s adoption of Zolciak’s daughters from a previous relationship, Brielle and Ariana, aged 27 and 23, respectively. As this ongoing saga unfolds, it remains to be seen how this will impact their family dynamic going forward.
