Sean “Diddy” Combs is making serious allegations against federal authorities, claiming they leaked a disturbing video of him assaulting his ex-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura. This video, taken from surveillance footage, surfaced earlier this year and has become central to the criminal case against the music mogul. Facing charges that include racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution, Combs’ legal team argues that the leak was a deliberate attempt to damage his reputation and undermine his defense.
According to newly acquired legal documents, Combs’ attorneys assert that a government agent shared the footage with CNN with the objective of inflicting serious harm on his public image just before the trial commences.
