A Jersey Mike’s employee recently took to TikTok to call out Jennifer Aydin, star of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” for her behavior during a visit to one of the restaurant chain’s locations in an airport. The worker, who goes by the username amxndaa.x, filmed a selfie-style video while dressed in her Jersey Mike’s uniform, expressing her frustration with Aydin’s “diva-like” antics.
In the video, amxndaa.x remarked, “I really hope this stupid woman has TikTok. I hope I come up on your ‘for you’ page, and you recognize me.” She detailed an encounter that took place early on New Year’s Day when Aydin, 47, struggled to place her order, changing her mind multiple times and causing a traffic jam of customers behind her.
The employee recounted how Aydin’s indecisiveness led to confusion, stating, “We were doing it for her, but then it got to the point where we had to tell her, ‘If you want to order more, you’ll need to get back in line because you’re holding everyone up.'” Aydin allegedly had friends approaching her for their own orders, complicating the situation even further.
Things escalated when the staff had to draw the line on Aydin’s changing requests. According to amxndaa.x, Aydin began to express her frustration loudly, proclaiming her “celebrity” status and threatening to take legal action against the employees. In a series of videos on her Instagram Stories, Aydin shared her side, describing how she was enraged after waiting in line and venting about an elderly employee’s slow service.
Aydin took aim at the staff, saying, “The 80-year-old working there took forever to cut the bread. It felt like we waited ages.” She also admitted to adding another sub to her order, prompting the employee to remind her that she needed to return to the end of the line.
In a heated exchange captured on camera, Aydin confronted a man who criticized her behavior, declaring, “My husband’s a doctor, OK? I am a f—king celebrity!” Her heated remarks were met with a warning from the man that he would consider legal action if she posted any footage of him online.
The incident has since gained traction, showcasing a clash between reality TV fame and everyday customer service challenges. Aydin’s representatives opted not to comment on the situation when approached for feedback.
