The unnamed plaintiff claims she felt disoriented after consuming a drink at the party and alleges that Jay-Z and Combs entered the bedroom where she was resting and took turns assaulting her. An unnamed female celebrity is said to have been present during the incident.
In light of the lawsuit, Jay-Z firmly denied the accusations, suggesting that the legal moves by Tony Buzbee, the attorney representing the accuser, are an attempt to extort money from him. He stated, “What he had calculated was that the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would compel me to settle… It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY.”
