Dr. Lenny Hochstein and his fiancée, Katharina Mazepa, have ended their engagement, Page Six can exclusively reveal.
“We recently ended our engagement,” Hochstein, 58, told us on Wednesday. “I have decided to move forward with my life.”
Despite their separation, the Miami-based plastic surgeon extends his best wishes to the Austrian model, 29. “I have nothing but love and admiration for Katharina and her family,” he said, adding that he is “proud of her growth as a woman.”
Hochstein expressed his gratitude for their time together, stating, “I will be forever grateful for the time we spent together.”
Mazepa echoed these sentiments, revealing that the couple “mutually decided to end [their] engagement last month” and that the decision was “amicable.” She added, “While we both cherished our time together, we have decided to move forward independently.”
Mazepa expressed her appreciation for their relationship, saying she will always treasure their “beautiful memories.” She also described Hochstein as “a wonderful person” and wished him and his family “nothing but the best.”
The confirmation of their breakup follows Mazepa’s recent Instagram Story post, which showed her without her engagement ring and appearing to nearly kiss a blonde man. However, sources indicate that the split was unrelated to the video and that no kiss occurred.
Hochstein proposed to Mazepa in July 2023 in Ibiza, Spain, after a year of dating, despite still being married to “Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein. Hochstein filed for divorce from Lisa in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage. Lisa has consistently alleged that Hochstein cheated with Mazepa, a claim he has repeatedly denied.
