Andy Cohen is putting his custom-designed downtown Manhattan duplex on the market for $14 million.
The host of “Watch What Happens Live,” 56, is making a move from his 3,500-square-foot West Village residence to a penthouse within the same vibrant neighborhood, according to a report by the New York Times on Wednesday.
Ryan Serhant, the listing agent, shared with the newspaper, “The first time I saw Andy’s apartment, I said, ‘Whenever you decide to part with this, even if I have to pry it from your hands, please let me know. It’s truly one-of-a-kind.’”

Serhant described selling Cohen’s property as akin to “moving into a magazine,” calling it a “once-in-a-career” opportunity.
Cohen initially bought a $1.4 million unit on the lower level in 2003. After bonding with his neighbors in the pre-war building, he acquired four additional units and collaborated with architect Gordon Kahn to merge them into a spacious home.
The duplex features three bedrooms, an office, a den, and a nanny’s suite. The ground floor is connected to the upper level via a custom staircase made of glass, walnut, and steel, leading up to a glamorous disco ball.
The property also boasts ample natural light, wood-burning fireplaces, a steam room, and three extra storage units.

Despite his dedication to this home, Cohen realized he needed more outdoor space after becoming a father of two. He has since purchased an $18 million penthouse with a private 2,000-square-foot terrace.
“It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” Cohen remarked about the new property. “I had to take it.”
