Reese Witherspoon Rings in Christmas with Her Growing Kids
Reese Witherspoon is spreading Christmas cheer alongside her three children. The 48-year-old Oscar-winning actress celebrated the holiday with her daughter Ava, 25, and son Deacon, 21, whom she shares with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, as well as her youngest, son Tennessee, 12, from her marriage to Jim Toth.
On Wednesday, Witherspoon shared a festive carousel of family photos on Instagram, captioning it with warm wishes: Wishing all you a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. The first snapshot features the close-knit family standing in front of a dazzling Christmas tree.
In addition to the holiday tree picture, Witherspoon showcased candid moments with Tennessee on the steps and a playful shot with their trio of dogs. Deacon, currently a student at NYU, is often seen accompanying his famed mother at various events; he was her date at the recent WSJ Innovator Awards and graced the red carpet with her during the premiere of “Blink Twice” in August.
Ava made headlines earlier this year when she participated in Pride Month celebrations, sharing a photo while expressing her thoughts on gender and sexuality. Witherspoon’s two eldest kids are from her first marriage to Ryan Phillippe, while Tennessee is from her second marriage to Jim Toth. The couple finalized their divorce the previous year, just four months after announcing it.
Speculation about Witherspoon’s love life resurfaced in September, when she was spotted holding hands with German financier Oliver Haarmann. The pair were first linked romantically earlier in July during a dinner outing.
