For Aldridge, feeling good goes beyond physical health; it’s about confidence too. “When I hit the gym, I want to look both cozy and stylish. I’m all about feeling flexible and unrestricted while I exercise,” she shared. Whether she’s indulging in yoga, ballet—which she’s particularly enjoying this year—or running, Aldridge relies on Beyond Yoga to keep her comfortable and supported.
“Wearing something that makes me feel cute definitely boosts my performance and encourages me to push myself,” Aldridge noted. I find it incredibly valuable for my mind, body, and spirit. When I’m feeling overwhelmed or anxious before a workout, a quick meditation can work wonders,” she explained.
Routine is essential for Aldridge; she champions the habit of rising early. “I’ve committed to waking up early over the past few years. Making myself a warm cup of tea really helps to start my day right. I try to unplug from my phone at night and instead, I focus on reading to unwind before I sleep. When I feel the need to recalibrate, I dive into journaling, painting, or simply reflecting on what I’m grateful for,” said the 38-year-old.
Aldridge’s thirst for novel wellness experiences is evident. “I love exploring new trends and am very open to trying different practices. The most adventurous one I’ve tackled so far is cryotherapy, and ice baths are on my radar as next,” she shared eagerly.
