Cardi B may have inadvertently disclosed the name of her newborn daughter while showcasing an extravagant collection of diamond bracelets on Instagram. In a video featuring jewelry crafted by designer Elliot Eliantte, the rapper made an effort to keep her child’s name under wraps, saying, “Y’all can’t see my daughter’s name yet so I gotta hide the last one! Just know the whole f–king wrist is Eliantte bitch.” Despite her attempts, fans were quick to deduce the name “Blossom” might be hidden within the jewelry.
Some social media users pointed out that the visible letters included “B” and “L,” speculating that the bracelet also had letters “S,” “O,” and “M,” leading many to believe the name of her 2-month-old daughter was indeed Blossom. One fan remarked, “cardi b’s new babygirl name is blossom,” while another added, “that name would be TEA! Sooooo cute.” Yet, not everyone was convinced; some suggested the name could be “Bloom” instead.
Cardi, who delivered her third child on September 7, has not commented on the conjectures regarding her daughter’s name. She had previously shared in an Instagram post on September 12 that her daughter was “the prettiest lil thing.” In addition to her new daughter, Cardi also flashed bracelets dedicated to her other two children, Kulture, 6, and Wave, 3, seemingly arranging them by age from oldest to youngest.
The Grammy-winning artist announced her pregnancy on August 1, just a day after filing for divorce from Offset, her estranged husband. Cardi already shares Kulture and Wave with Offset, who also has three other children from prior relationships. The couple has navigated numerous ups and downs throughout their marriage since tying the knot in 2017.
