Pink has announced the postponement of her next four concerts, igniting concern among fans about the reasons behind this unexpected decision. The multi-talented singer shared the news on her Instagram account on Saturday morning, stating, “Due to reasons beyond my control, we need to postpone our next four shows in Lincoln, Sioux Falls, Milwaukee, and Des Moines.”
Expressing her disappointment, Pink reassured her followers that efforts are already underway to reschedule these performances. “I’m so disappointed to share this news, but we are working on rescheduling each of these shows as soon as we can. Your tickets will still be valid,” she wrote. Pink promised that further information would be forthcoming, concluding her message with an optimistic note: “Thank you for your understanding. I’m looking forward to seeing you all very, very soon. Sending love and health to you all.”
The pop sensation, who is 45 years old, was scheduled to take the stage in Lincoln, Nebraska, this Sunday, followed by a performance in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, on Monday. This announcement comes just months after she canceled a concert in Bern, Switzerland, in July, citing an undisclosed illness as the reason.
In her earlier statement regarding the Switzerland show, Pink conveyed her dedication to performing, saying, “I do everything I can to ensure I can perform for you every night, but after consultation with my doctor, I’ve been advised that I’m unable to continue with the show tomorrow.” She expressed her disappointment in not being able to connect with her fans for that show.
Prior to the cancellation in Switzerland, Pink had also called off two performances in Tacoma, Washington, last October, attributing that decision to family medical issues. At that time, she told her fans, “Family medical issues require our immediate attention. I send everyone my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.”
As fans await updates regarding the rescheduled dates, the singer remains in the spotlight, garnering attention for her resilience and commitment to her audience.
