Taylor Swift organized a surprise birthday dinner for Travis Kelce, who turned 35, at a trendy Kansas City restaurant, according to sources. Although Swift was not present for the main birthday celebration with Kelce and his friends, she coordinated an intimate gathering the following evening.
A source informed Page Six that Swift, accompanied by her father Scott, treated Kelce and his family, alongside Patrick and Brittany Mahomes, to dinner at Noka, a popular sushi spot. The atmosphere was reportedly cozy, with the celebration wrapping up early since the Kansas City Chiefs had a game against the New Orleans Saints the next day. The restaurant chose not to comment on the private event.
Despite these details, there are conflicting reports about Swift’s presence in Kansas City, as another insider mentioned uncertainty about whether she had been in town prior to the following Monday. Fans on Instagram, especially a gossip site called DeuxMoi, noted that Swift and Kelce had previously dined at Noka a few weeks prior when the restaurant was temporarily closed for maintenance.
On Monday, Swift attended the Chiefs game with her father and was spotted enjoying herself in a VIP suite. The couple later celebrated the team’s victory at an after-party in a private location.
Kelce had already celebrated his birthday the previous night with his brother Jason, his sister-in-law Kylie, and friend Mahomes at a comedy show in Kansas City. Earlier that day, he also hosted his annual charity event, the Kelce Car Jam. When asked what he wanted for his birthday, he jokingly said he would appreciate another Super Bowl ring.
Though Swift has been busy preparing for her upcoming tour in Miami, which kicks off on October 18, she made time to celebrate Kelce’s special day with him.
