Following their surprise nuptials, the couple was seen enjoying some intimate moments together, which a fan captured in a video posted on Instagram. However, Del Rey expressed her dissatisfaction regarding an invasive local couple from Houma who have taken to following her and her new husband with drones. In a comment on social media, she vented her frustration, stating that the couple would not cease their morning surveillance.
Del Rey, whose birth name is Elizabeth Grant, directly addressed the couple, urging them to stop their constant tracking and to refrain from altering photos of her wedding ring. She emphasized the need for privacy and safety, revealing her discomfort with their persistent scrutiny.
Despite the ongoing drone saga, Del Rey showered affection on her husband in a follow-up comment. She described Jeremy as her one and only, expressing immense happiness in their relationship. The couple first sparked romance rumors in August, but they have known each other since their initial meeting in 2019.
It all unfolded publicly when a TikTok video surfaced this summer, showing them hand in hand, while Del Rey was performing at the Reading Festival in England. Although she downplayed their relationship at that time, by late August, the two were spotted together in New York City, solidifying their connection.
A marriage license was obtained in September, and soon after, the pair sealed their commitment with the intimate ceremony. Del Rey’s marital journey has had its ups and downs; she was previously engaged to music manager Evan Winiker and also had romantic ties with Clayton Johnson.
