Offset has made headlines by alleging that Cardi B has been unfaithful during her pregnancy, amid their contentious divorce. The rapper, known for hits like “Clout,” took to Cardi’s Instagram Live on Wednesday to voice his accusations publicly.
“You f***ed with a baby inside, tell the truth!” he commented during her livestream. His remarks were captured in a screenshot circulating on social media.
Shortly after Offset’s confrontational comment, Cardi B appeared to acknowledge the accusation on her own social media, responding simply with, “AND DID !!!!!!”
The exact timing of the claimed infidelity remains uncertain, but Cardi B filed for divorce from Offset— a member of the hip-hop group Migos— in late July.
During her Instagram Live session, Cardi addressed a range of issues related to their rocky relationship. She claimed that Offset had threatened to take away gifts he had previously given her due to her perceived pursuit of moving on with her life.
“It’s wild that a guy thinks he can just buy me,” she expressed, challenging the notion that material gifts were a sufficient substitute for emotional connection. “You think that’s enough? It’s not enough.”
Cardi went on to delve deeper into their relationship dynamics, stating, “It’s amusing how some men believe they can do whatever they want, but if I talk to someone, they want to play games. We can play those games too.”
A second divorce filing followed the couple’s initial separation in 2020, with Cardi officially pursuing the end of their marriage once again in July.
While there was intense speculation about Offset’s possible infidelity prompting Cardi’s decision, sources close to the rapper revealed that this was not the primary reason for her divorce. Instead, it seems they had simply grown apart. “This is something she wants to do,” an insider remarked about Cardi’s decision.
